So how can I help?

Working together we can look at possible triggers that cause your anger. This could stem from childhood, if you were never allowed to express yourself this can lead to outbursts as an adult. Grief can bring on anger, you may never have experienced anger before but losing someone can cause an intense build up of pain that can manifest into anger. Once we establish where the anger is coming from we can look at triggers and the situations you are in when the anger is at its worst.
